Summary 2002

Pollen bulletin – 2002 summary

The 2002 pollen season was very poor, good for allergic people! Although this mediocrity of pollen season is linked to bad weather conditions, we noticed an increase, locally important, of the pollination on the stations of Atlantic and Manche costs, as well as in the North of France. East area going from Dijon to the South of Rhône-Alpes suffered of strong pollination while the flowering period of trees.
In a general way, pollens provoked numerous conjunctivitis, rhinitis and asthma, often during short times when the weather conditions were nice.
